Your card will not be charged after cancelling.
We offer refunds if/when a charge was mistakenly made after cancellation.
All subscription packages are offered on a rolling basis with no minimum terms applied.
We offer a full refund on all products and services that we sell. Refunds will only be offered within 7 days after purchasing your product or service.
The purpose of the refund policy is to ensure you’re happy with the product. It is also to make certain that the product you signed up for is the same as the one we deliver to you.
We do not issue any refunds beyond 7 days after your purchase. This is due to the digital nature of our services.
Lifetime product access policy
Some of our products are sold with lifetime access. This means that a single payment secures access to the product for the entire lifetime of that product.
The lifetime of the product is defined as the period during which we maintain that specific product and provide access to it.
If any of our products are discontinued all access to that product will end.
If we discontinue a product that you have purchased lifetime access to, you will be entitled to a partial refund if your access to the product has been less than 2 years.
Your access period is defined as starting on the date you purchased the product, to the date that the product was discontinued.
We do not issue any refunds if the access period was 2 years or longer from the date of purchase.
Refunds only apply to products that are sold directly as lifetime access products.
We do not provide lifetime access to any product offered as a free bonus as part of any promotional campaign.
Access to free bonus products may be removed at anytime without notice or reason.

Legacy subscription policy
In April 2022 we launched our third generation terminal.
As part of this launch we moved all existing terminal subscribers over to our ‘legacy’ subscription plan.
This plan included every feature that we had available at the time of launch. This plan protected existing users from any changes to our future product model.
They can continue enjoying all those existing features within a single plan, regardless of how we sell those products to new customers in future.
The price of a legacy subscription was also fixed at $97 USD per month.
The price of the subscription will only increase based on general price increases that occur with normal inflation.
If we increase the price of all products in-line with inflation (%) then legacy prices will rise the same amount.
However, all legacy users are protected from any future price increases that effect only the legacy subscription.
All legacy users are entitled to continue accessing those original features for as long as we offer those features.
If we move the feature to another product (for a higher price) the feature will remain part of the legacy plan.
If we discontinue the feature completely, then it will no longer be part of the legacy plan.
All legacy users will be entitled to receive access to all new features and upgrades that are added to the ‘pro plan’ subscription until April 2023.
After April 2023, any new indicators, products or features added to pro plan will not be added to legacy plan.
The principle behind legacy plan was to ensure that existing users could continue accessing their existing features at a lower price than future customers.
